One of our partners, Coventry based commercial fit-out specialist, Lyntech Systems has recently completed a stunning office refurbishment project for property lettings and sales company, Archer Bassett including a wide range of our furniture.
With over 20 years’ experience servicing landlords, tenants and buyers in Coventry, Birmingham and Rugby, Archer Bassett wanted to create a bright, welcoming and practical workspace for staff and customers alike. The works included a total strip out of the ground and first floor areas and the creation of a customer focused space with additional support offices at first floor level.
The installation of suspended ceilings, lighting, air handling, wall linings and flooring were enhanced by feature walls and the creative use of furniture from Lee & Plumpton. The addition of walnut slatted screens allowed separation of the spaces whilst still maintaining the overall design concept. The finished office features a high impact, colourful mural depicting the Coventry skyline as the centre piece for the project.
Much of the specified furniture was selected from our portfolio. As well as occasional furniture, storage units, meeting tables, task chairs and soft seating, the project includes Aurabench desking to create an island of desks for the sales team to work within their own zone. A carefully co-ordinated use of colour within the seating and desk screens to reflect the corporate branding was key to the success of the overall finish.
