  • What is my 'Order deadline day'

    Our delivery fleet works to an order and delivery schedule which covers the whole of the UK. To achieve agreed delivery commitment we have set order deadline days as 12 midday as follows.

    Monday: South Coast, Cornwall & South Wales

    Tuesday: Midlands

    Wednesday: North West, North Wales & Ireland

    Thursday: North East & Scotland

    Friday: East Anglia, South East & London

Delivery & Returns

  • What do I do if my item is damaged?

    If your item is damaged on arrival please let us know within 24 hours of receipt either by calling Customer Services on 01953 453830 or by emailing We will need your order number, the date of delivery, and photographs of the packaging and damage to the item. Goods must not be used or assembled and will need to be made ready for return in either their original packaging or suitable packaging.

  • What delivery options are available?

    We offer Quick Ship (5 days) deliveries as standard. The delivery period begins on your order deadline day. We also offer Next Day deliveries, however you will need to set up an account to use this service so please contact our Customer Services team to discuss on 01953 453830.

    Bespoke orders are offered at 4 weeks delivery from order Acknowledgement but this is dependent upon the project specification.

  • My order has not arrived, what can I do?

    We are sorry to hear your order has not arrived as anticipated. Please contact our Customer Services team with your order number on 01953 453830 and we will endeavour to resolve this for you as soon as possible. 

My Profile

  • I've forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

    When you attempt to login into your online profile you will see a prompt 'Forgotten Password'. This will send a reset password to the email address associated with your profile.This is a temporary password. Please ensure that you immediately reset your password via the 'reset password link in your profile dashboard.

  • Can I change my profile email address?

    To change the email which is the ID for your online profile, you will need to contact us to do that for you. You can do this at any time during normal office hours by calling 01953 453830 and speaking to Customer Services.
