Earlier this year here at L&P we introduced a way to reward the amazing efforts our teams make. Whilst everyone is working hard to deliver the quality and service our clients expect, we wanted to reward the extra efforts our teams go to in demonstrating the values we hold dear.
As a family owned and run company, with a dedicated team of over 150 staff, we believe that our continued success relies upon our employees and their motivation and skills. The values of Integrity, Commitment, Development, Accountability and Teamwork underpin the culture and aspirations of the company, so every month, Managers from across all teams review nominations and (try to) pick one team that has excelled.
The Values Team Award winners for the first 5 months have delivered exceptional efforts, often taking on work beyond the day to day remit of their roles, and often to support other teams during times of exceptional workload. Our teams efforts ensure we deliver the service to our valued customers have come to expect of L&P.
