Forming strong long standing relationships with key supply partners has ensured that the full supply chain supports the level of quality, consistency and reliability that our customers expect from us.
Every product we manufacture undergoes rigorous quality checks throughout the production process. We are so confident that our furniture is manufactured to the highest possible standard that every stocked range we produce is covered by a 7-year guarantee.
In order to ensure we achieve the above commitments, we have implemented a Quality Management System that satisfies the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008. Through this system we set objectives and targets to be achieved and these are reviewed regularly in order continually improve the effectiveness of the company's products, processes, systems and compliance with both customers and regulatory requirements.
We have a dedicated team of trained quality inspectors who work separately to the production department. They are responsible for checking and authorising products at each stage of the production process to ensure complete satisfaction before products can move from one process to the next. Although we have quality inspectors it is the business culture that everyone is responsible for quality.
All quality aims and objectives are communicated to all members of staff, it is a mandatory requirement that they comply with these policies, systems and proceedures defined in the Quality Manual System.
