Ken Seaman

Bio: Previous to joining Lee & Plumpton, Ken spent his time working in the marine industry as a Service and Electrical Engineer. Ken began his career at Lee & Plumpton in 1984 as a part time wood machinist. He then became Mill Foreman, managing the production function whilst studying management at college. Ken was then appointed Production Director of the company in 1994. Today Ken is the Commercial Director and responsible for Human Resources, Logistics and the Purchasing functions of the business. In his spare time Ken enjoys cycling, Skiing and is an avid supporter of his local team Norwich City.
