Previously to joining Lee & Plumpton in 1992, Rob worked for the Ministry of Defence as a Civil Servant. It is with the MOD that Rob developed an experience with transport, stock control and UK wide logistics. After joining Lee & Plumpton, in 1997 Rob soon worked his way up to Warehouse Supervisor and was then appointed Head of Logistics in 2007.

Outside of work, Rob is a keen golfer (although declined to admit what his handicap was!) and loves to go out with his 2 children on their mountain bikes.
