Penny’s late husband Arthur Lee founded Lee & Plumpton along with our current Chairman Vernon Plumpton back in 1974. Penny had a key role in establishing the business and was largely involved with the administration for the company including accounting and customer communications. Nowadays Penny has retired but remains a member of the Board of Directors and plays an active part in the development and implementation of the business strategy.

Penny has lots of interests outside of Lee & Plumpton including gardening, travelling and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Penny is also a keen supporter of her local team Norwich City and enjoys attending home matches at Carrow Road.
