Martine joined Lee & Plumpton back in the year 2000. Starting off in Human Resources as the Payroll Clerk, Martine has had a wide and varied experience around the business including Production Planning, Accounts, and Sales and was also the P.A to one of the Directors. In 2006, Martine moved into Marketing and now supervises the marketing function including the company website, offers & promotions, production of corporate literature and customer marketing material.

Working full time as well as a Wife and Mum, Martine doesn’t get a lot of spare time. But, when time does allow, she loves to spend her well-earned holidays “somewhere exotic with a beach, hot sun and a pool”.

Martine lives locally with her family and is currently renovating her house. She also loves stand-up comedy – one of her favourites being Jimmy Carr. Her musical tastes vary from the 1950’s Crooners to new local bands to well-known international artists although as Martine says – “I think age is catching up because everything is starting to sound the same these days!”
