Brian joined Lee & Plumpton in 2007 and is responsible for maintaining the company’s Health and Safety and environmental policies. Brian also manages internal and external audits and operates our “Furniture Industry Sustainability Program”. If that wasn’t enough to fill his time here, Brian also manages all the training programs internally such as staff inductions and continuous improvement plans for all staff. Previous to working for Lee & Plumpton, Brian spent 17 years as an Operations Manager with a large manufacturing business and prior to that, 23 years in the Household Cavalry Blues & Royals regiment as a Warrant Officer – Brian would admit he has certainly brought his authority from the Army into our workplace here at Lee & Plumpton – although he doesn’t shout as loudly!

After all that, Brian has very little time for hobbies – but does enjoy being a leading committee member of the Household Cavalry Association – supporting nominated charities each year with much needed financial support.
