To Place an Order

Lee and Plumpton approved account holders can order from us in the following ways.

Online
To place an order simply log in to the website, find the item(s) you require by using our search facility or product guides, look up the code specifically relating to the size and colour option of the required items(s) and inform us of the quantity needed. You will then need to view your basket and proceed to the checkout where you will confirm your billing and shipping details along with any other comments you wish to pass on to us. Your order will then be processed in the usual way. A simple 5 step guide can also be found here.

Your request can also be passed on to us in a variety of other ways, listed below. Please remember to include your company name, contact details and order number.

Order Acknowledgement

Upon receipt we will process your order and send you an acknowledgement by the next working day. Pleae check this carefully and advise us of any discrepancies as soon as possible.

Scheduling

Place your order before 12 o'clock on your area deadline day (as below) and we will deliver within 5 working days*. Once your order has been scheduled our sales team will contact you to confirm your delivery day.
